<p>PURPOSE:To enable an operator to immediately find a file which is high in necessity by deciding whether or not file relative times is before or after a reference time at a display request for a file list, and selecting and displaying new files. CONSTITUTION:When a request from the operator is the request to list files, the number of files in a specified directory is read out of a file storage means 102 by a file control information means 193 and the latest access times of all the read files are read in. Then a display condition decision means 105 compares the latest access times of the stored files with the time stored in a time setting means 104 and when the stored time is older, one is subtracted from the quantity stored in a storage temporary; and the latest access time of a file specified by the number is compared with the reference time again. When the stored time is newer, a corresponding file name is displayed. Consequently, the operator can easily find a target file.</p> |
