This training device is used in sports to keep users fit, help them lose weight and carry out special training sessions. It ensures multifunctional, effective training sessions, which exercises all muscles. The device consists of an electric engine (5) with a standard control device (6) and an axis (7) with two driving rolls (8), grips (9), a base (10) and grips (11) of two driving rolls (12). All rolls have a surface chute, through which they are hinged upon the boards of a front (1) and hind (2) vertical ring, fixed with transverse bars (3). An ergonomic waistband (13), composed of shells (14), tightened with belts (4), is connected through the bars (3) to the rims (1 and 2) with front long (15) and hind short (16) spokes. In each place, where the spokes (15 and 16) and the bars conjoin, there is a straining mechanism (17). An additional mobile control, connected to the electric engine's transducer (18) is fitted to the base (10), in front of the vertical rim (1).
