<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a material excellent in heat resistance which can form colored picture images by combining a copolymer of (meth)acrylic acid and vinyl monomers, photopolymerizable monomers, photopolymn. initiator, epoxy compd. having epoxy group in the molecule, epoxy hardening agent and pigment. CONSTITUTION:The material to form colored picture images consists of a combination of copolymers of (meth)acrylic acid and vinyl monomers, photopolymerizable monomers, photopolymn. initiator, epoxy compd. having at least two epoxy groups in the molecule, epoxy hardening agent and pigment. The copolymer is, for example, copolymer of acrylic acid and/or methacrylic acid and other vinyl monomers. Thereby, colored picture images excellent in heat resistance can be formed, which improves heat resistance of a color filter used for a liquid display element, solid-state image pickup device, etc.</p> |
