PURPOSE:To enable to easily change the set pressure regardless of simple constitution that the elastic force of compression spring being the load of a reducing valve is replaced into the attracting force of an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:The pipe of upperstream side is connected to the flow-in hole 2 and the pipe of downstream side is connected to the flow-out hole 3. A DC power supply adjustable of exciting current is connected to the coil 23. The pressed fluid in original pressure is given to the hole 2 and the valve 5 is opened by flowing the exciting current to the coil 23. The fluid under the original pressure is reduced at the hole 5 and it flows to the hole 3 with reduced pressure and is fed to the downstream. Thus, when the set pressure is changed, the exciting current through the coil 23 is increased or decreased, to change the attracting force exerted on the tappet 25. |
