PURPOSE:To prevent the production of howling by recording sound collected by a microphone onto a recording body once and reproducing the recorded sound momentarily. CONSTITUTION:A howling preventing device A consists basically of a microphone 1, a recording and reproducing means (b), an amplifier 2 and a speaker 3. The recording and reproducing means (b) records once sound collected by the microphone 1 onto a recording body 5 and reproduces the recorded sound momentarily to interrupt the sound circulating from the microphone 1 to the speaker 3 and from the speaker 3 to the microphone 1 on the way. Thus, the production of howling is prevented. |
