PURPOSE:To connect a lead wire with a circuit base without projecting the circuit base by bending the circuit base along a line being approximately in the same direction as a shaft of an apex of an inserting part to divide the circuit base into a plurality of faces and forming a wiring part of an electronic circuit and a lead wire connecting part on different faces each other. CONSTITUTION:A circuit base 40 is folded in five as a whole by utilizing its flexibility and it is successively folded along the shaft direction of an apex part main body to be divided into a plurality of parallel planes. On planes 40b and 40c on both sides of a plane 40a on which a solid photographing element 31 of the circuit base 40 is fixed, an electronic circuit connected with the solid photographing element is wired and various electronic parts 41 are mounted. In addition, on the outermost plane 40e of the circuit base 40, a soldering terminal 45 for soldering a lead wire 44 of a cable 43 inserted through from an inserting part of an endoscope to a curved part is formed. |
