PURPOSE:To obtain a conductive material having a small diameter and a high Jc value by subjecting a wire material made of a precursor, which is obtained by spinning the original raw material for a specified substance, to heating, temperature rise, temperature, holding and temperature drop, etc., under specific environment to convert the phase and seal the fault. CONSTITUTION:Included organic material decomposition processing is applied to a precursor fiber obtained by spinning a superconductor of oxide in a group, shown in a formula I, or the original raw material of a substance to be changed to a superconductor of oxide by burning, so as to form the wire material. This wire material is heated to a temperature higher than ma in the oxygen atmosphere, and the temperature is raised to the temperature mb at the speed higher than 20 deg.C/minute, and the temperature is held for 120 minutes, and is lowered at the speed less than 50 deg.C/hour, and the phase of the wire material is converted to form the superconductive phase without changing the form thereof, and the grid fault and the deposition in the wire material are sealed finely and evenly to lead in flux.pinning, then, a superconductive material of oxide having a narrow diameter and a high Jc value is thereby obtained.
