<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly perform the account processing without delay even in the case of rush of patients by providing a function which switches the mode to perform the account processing for even a patient, whose attribute information is not registered, based on required minimum data. CONSTITUTION:When an office clerk recognizes the degree of congestion at a window to find that the window is much congested, he switches the mode to the emergency mode through terminal machines 41 to 4n, and then, an unregistered patient account processing program 23 is started. Therefore, patient attribute information is omitted to quickly cope with the account processing of even a new patient. The end of the account business is reported to a system; and if the account processing of unregistered patient is executed, a list of unregistered patient account processing is printed out, and the completing processing state of input data is set, and then, the office clerk checks the list to complete information of new patients by the postprocessing. Thus, it is unnecessary to increase the number of work stations, and the account processing is smoothly performed without delay even if the window is crowded with patients.</p> |
