A dispensing pump (1) for motor vehicle fuel, esp. for self-service petrol stations, has an automatic games machine (2) and a coupling arrangement via which any win on the games machine can be accounted for in computing the cost of the fuel. The games machine produces an electronic signal corresp. to each win and transfers it to a computer. The signal corresp. to the cost of the fuel is fed into the same computer which produces a receipt for the cost less the win value. ADVANTAGE - Occupies time taken to deliver fuel into vehicle's fuel tank and provides an incentive to use station fitted with it.
