PURPOSE:To prevent foaming by reducing a change in a sectional form after extrusion, by a method wherein resin is heated and melted within an extruding machine, which is extruded to a die arranged in a horizontal direction to the extruding machine and the resin molded at an outlet of the die is taken off from the outlet of the die upwardly or downwardly. CONSTITUTION:Powder raw material of polychlorotrifluoroethylene is fed to an extruding machine 9 through a hopper 10, which is heated to a sufficient molten state and led to a die 12 through an adapter 13. Resin fed in a horizontal direction is led upwardly vertically within the die 12 and extrusion-molded at an outlet of the die. An extrusion-molded product 13 is taken off upwardly vertically with a take-off device 14 on an axial line of the outlet of the die 12 and the molded product 13 is cut into predetermined lengths. Therefore a change in a sectional form of the molded product 13 can be reduced. A cylindrical cover 16 is provided between the die 12 and take-off device 14, air cooling of the molded product 13 is delayed and generation of voids within the molded product 13 can be prevented. |
