PURPOSE:To eliminate risk of putting out lights by mistake in a toilet under use by closing a key switch circuit by locking for a door, making invalid internally changing-over of a power switch, and giving an appropriate indication on a display. CONSTITUTION:A power switch 21 is installed near the entrance 12 to toilet for turning on and off the illumination apparatus to illuminate various places in a common toilet 11 including compartments 13a-13n, and also key switches 22a-22n are furnished which are turned on interlocking with locking motion of any of the door locks 14a-14n for compartments. While the door lock is in effect, the circuit of key switches 22a-22n is closed to inform a judging circuit 26 of compartment being in use, and changing-over of the power switch 21 for turning on and off the illumination apparatus is made invalid internally, and this is indicated on a display. This eliminates risk of any other person extinguishing by mistake the intra-toilet illumination while any compartment is being used. |
