<p>PURPOSE:To expose the ground of titanic material and to prevent cracking when rolling by rolling a titanic material after a fluorinated film is removed just before rolling after the fluorinated film is formed on the surface by bring the titanic material in heated state into contact with fluoric gas. CONSTITUTION:The titanic material l in heated state is brought into contact with fluoric gas by passing it through the atmosphere of fluoric gas. When, oxidized film on the surface of titanic material which is formed by the reaction with oxygen in the air is removed with fluoric gas, fluorinated film is formed on the surface and the formation of oxidized film and adsorption of oxygen are prevented. After that, the ground of the titanic material is exposed by dissolving/removing the fluorinated film on the surface of titanic material just before rolling. Then, oxidized film on the surface of titanic material isn't formed when rolling and cracking when rolling is prevented.</p> |
