PURPOSE:To prepare the subject noodle-like line without disposing a cutting process by pouring an aqueous solution containing soybean milk as a main raw material and added with curdlan an into hot water from a nozzle disposed in the atmosphere while the pouring of the aqueous solution is repeatedly intermitted. CONSTITUTION:An aqueous solution containing soybean milk as a main raw material and curdlan is poured from a nozzle disposed in the atmosphere into hot water in a repeatedly intermitted state to prepare the objective noodle line. A water flow is preferably formed toward the pouring direction of the aqueous solution in the hot water.
