A metering device (1) intended to inject doses of a first liquid (2) contained in a receptacle (3) into a second liquid (4) at reduced pressure travelling in a pipe (5). The device comprises a dispensing block (10) onto one wall (20) of which emerge two orifices (22a, 22b) communicating respectively with the receptacle (3) and the pipe (5), and a metering block (11) which has an internal cavity (15) divided into two metering chambers (16a, 16b) by a flexible membrane (17). The chambers (16a, 16b) communicate via channels (18a, 18b) with openings (21a, 21b) provided in a wall (19) in leakproof contact with the wall (19). The chambers (16a, 16b) are brought alternately into communication with the receptacle (3) and the pipe (5) by rotation of the metering block (11) or of the dispensing block (10). <IMAGE>
