PURPOSE:To enable an instrument to share a memory with plural same sound sources with a simple constitution by forming synchronizing signals to respectively have phase differences with each of the respective sound source devices at the time of reading out necessary musical tone information at the timings of the synchronizing signals from the waveform memory. CONSTITUTION:The synchronizing signals supplied by each of the respective musical tone generating means 100a to 100d are generated to have the respectively different phase differences. The respective musical tone generating means 100a to 100d are so constituted as to read out the musical tone information from a musical tone information memory means 11 when all the synchronizing signals attain the prescribed timings and, therefore, if the synchronizing signals having the respectively different phase differences are applied to the respective sound source means, the timings to read out the musical tone information vary with each of the respective musical tone means. The timings for reading out from the memory do not overlap any more with each of the respective musical tone generating means 100a to 100d in this way and plural pieces of the musical tone generating means 100a to 100d of the same kind are able to share one memory. |
