The invention concerns a fluid counteracting freezing over and glazed frost on road pavements, pedestrian pavements and runways consisting of glycols and sodium salts, characterised in that it consists of 5-60 weigh parts of ethylene glycol, 5-50 weight parts of oligoethers, 0.1-20 weight parts of oligoestrols, 5-50 weight parts of water and 0.9-5 weight parts acidic sodium carbonate and/or sodium carbonate and/or chloride sodium.
