<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the efficiency, to restrain the energy consumption and to reduce the installation cost by mixing a treating agent with a carrier immediately prior to its blowing-off from an atomizing nozzle having one nozzle opening, wherein the treating agent is pressurized to the pressure level of the carrier before the mixing process. CONSTITUTION: The carrier is pressurized to a pressure level necessary for its atomization and is introduced into an atomizing nozzle (10) having only one nozzle opening, into which a treating agent is also introduced and mixed with the carrier immediately before the outlet of the atomizing nozzle (10) in a desirable ratio for the particular carrier, wherein the treating agent is pressurized to the pressure level of the carrier prior to the mixing process. By this measure, the nozzle always operates at the best efficiency, since the treating agent can be introduced into the wast gas in any ratio without need to use the nozzle in a different pressure or flow rate.</p> |
