APPARATUS FOR SEALING TUBE ENDS

摘要

The device is used for preventing flatening of the thermoplastic tube wound on a paper reel when the finished tube is separatedly wound on the reel. The device comprises movable heating plates (2)(2') at a side of thermoplastic tube (T), movable compression/cooling plate (8)(8') and air cutter (11) opposite to the plastes (2)(2'). The air cylinders (3)(3') at both the sides of the plates (2)(2'), which are connected with an air cylinder (4) for feeding heating unit via heating frame (5), are used for moving the plates (2)(2') foreward or backward and widening/ shortening gap for melt-fusing the tube (T).
