The artificial inkstone is manufactured by mixing 1-3 vol.% 1000- 1500 meshed carbon powder, 0.5-1.5 vol.% marble powder, 0.3-1 vol.% 1000-1500 meshed clay powder, 36.5 vol.% green carborundum, 60 vol.% A-carborundum and a little unsaturated polyester resin, adding 0.5- 1.5 vol.% hardener e.g. methylethylketoneperoxide to the volume of the mixture, moulding in a moulder, hardening for 1 hour at room temperature, demoulding and hardening for 24 hours. The process is very simple and helps to remove a lot of manual work.
