The invention relates to a probe (1) for pneumatic sampling of granular or pulverulent materials, intended to be suspended from a mobile support and connected to a suction system. The probe according to the invention is particularly noteworthy in that it includes at least two substantially parallel tubular sampling branches (6, 7), separated from each other and connected together by one of their ends to form a removal pipe (8), while the free ends of the said branches are intended to penetrate into the product to be sampled, and in that the said removal pipe (8) is connected to the said suction system. <IMAGE>
