PURPOSE:To reduce the number of assembling processes for a temperature fuse by insulating with a tube which has heat-resisting surface, and bending a lead wire in a U-letter shape so as to process both ends of the lead wire in the same direction. CONSTITUTION:A magnet wire 4 and lead wires 5 both of which are withdrown from a coil end 2 at A part are insulated with a heat contraction tube 7, and positioned along a lead wire, which is not covered with the heat contraction tube, of a temperature fuse 3 bent in a U-letter shape so as to be coilled around it for connection. The lead wires 5 are bound into one wire with an insulating tube 10 for lead wires, and the temperature fuse 3 and this insulating tube 10 for lead wires are fixed to each other with a binding string 8. Work efficiency can thus be improved and a disconnection failure occurring at a connection part to the temperature fuse 3 can be reduced. |
