PURPOSE:To provide a secondary battery having excellent cyclic characteristic by making a pos. electrode from an electroconductive polymer, which dissolves partially in a non-aqueous electrolytic solution, is educed on a neg. electrode at the time of charging, and forms a film admitting penetration of Li ions. CONSTITUTION:An electroconductive polymer dissolves partially in an electrolytic solution to be educed on a neg. electrode 2 at the time of charging, and a stable film is produced. This is an electroconductive polymer film admitting penetration of cation, and Li ions as the cation pass through this film, are reduced between the surface of neg. electrode and film not contacting the electrolytic solution, and become Li atoms. The constitution therein, however, is such that no electrolytic solution exists around each Li atom because of existence of this electroconductive polymer film on the Li of neg. electrode 2, so that reactions of the electrolytic solution with Li atoms is suppressed. Thereby the charging/discharging efficiency becomes 100%, and the cyclic lifetime of Li neg. electrode 2 becomes infinite theoretically, which allows complishing enhancement of the cyclic lifetime. |
