PURPOSE:To improve processing efficiency and to reduce personel expenses by automatically analyzing and processing the type and contents of each certificate by a computer even in the case of issuing and confirming many kinds of certificates. CONSTITUTION:A computer 1 used in a certificate issuing period outputs type information 3-1 capable of identifying the sort of a certificate 3 to be issued to the certificate 3 by a type output processing part 1-1. In addition, a contents output processing part 1-2 outputs contents information 3-2 corresponding to the type information 3-1 outputted by the processing part 1-1 to the certificate 3 to be issued. On the other hand, a computer 2 to be used by a certificate confirming organization reads out the type information 4-1 of a received certificate 4 by a type analyzing processing part 2-1 and identifies the sort of the received certificate 4. A contents input processing part 2-2 reads out the contents information 4-2 of the certificate 4 in accordance with the contents of the received certificate 4 in accordance with the sort of the certificate 4 identified by the processing part 2-1 and the contents of the read and received certificate 4 are analyzed and decided. Consequently, the processing efficient can be improved and personel expenses can be reduced. |
