PURPOSE:To secure such an acoustic converter that is lighter in weight and easy to become transparent by constituting it with a sealable bag body, made up into a lenticular form or prism, and a gaseous body with an acoustic velocity different from that of air sealed in this bag body. CONSTITUTION:A gaseous body 2 sealed in a bag body 1 is one that has an acoustic velocity different from that of air in this bag body, and since the external form is made up into a lenticular form or prism similar to the bag body 1, an acoustic wave passing through this body 2 is refracted on a boundary surface between the air and the gaseous body 2. Then, a sound traveling direction is changed by form of the bag body 1, converting a radiation sound into a parallel sound as well, and the sound is concentrated on a certain point. In addition, as the bag body 1 is formed with a thin film, it will not resist against passage of the acoustic wave. With this constitution, there is almost nothing of any reflection and absorption in the bag body 1, moreover it is lighter in weight and, what is more, it is easily made into transparency. |
