具有两个径向主轧辊的辗环机,属于特种锻压技术。本发明旨在克服用单径向主轧辊辗环机轧制轴向严重不对称及大型轴向不对称的台阶类环锻件时,存在的摩擦功率损耗大,轧辊磨损严重以及易发生不希望的变形的缺点。主要特征是设置了两个均可输出轧制力矩的径向主轧辊,其中一个配有推力油缸可与芯轴作相向移动,并配有轧辊转速自控和轧辊移动自控系统,保证双轧辊趋于同时打滑及工件各部分变形均匀合理。可轧制大口径高颈法兰等。
