摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to bring cooling units into a jointly used state by a method wherein a silicon carbide or zinc oxide resistor is used for a tabular resistor, and the generated heat of resistors is dissipated using all cooling units, not in such a manner that the generated heat of specific resistor is dissipated by the adjacently positioned specific cooling unit only. CONSTITUTION:In a ceramic resistor which is constituted by laminating tubular resistors 5a to 5k and their cooling units 6a to 6l in a closely fixed manner, a silicon carbide or zinc oxide resistor is used for the tabular resistors 5a to 5k. For example, the resistors 5a to 5k are laminated and retained between units by the cooling units 6a to 6l, and at the same time, the resistors 5a to 5k are pressed against the cooling units 6a to 6l by appropriate pressure using the pressing screws 4 on both sides through the intermediary of an insulating spacer 3, and these current conducting parts are fixed to a frame 1 by insulating studs 2. The resistors 5a to 5k are formed by silicon carbide or zinc oxide ceramic resistance alloy having a high thermal conductivity in such a manner that they are very thinly formed in the direction of lamination, and that the contact surface with the cooling units can be made larger.</p>
