PURPOSE:To obtain a rotational locking device which has no play and releases locking with small operational force by providing a regulating member with a gap outside of the coil part of a coil spring. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body 11 serving as a regulating member is provided outside a coil spring 4. An inner diameter of the cylindrical body is set somewhat larger than an outer diameter of a coil part of the coil spring 4, while a gap is formed between the coil spring 4 and the cylindrical body 11. Partial widening is thus prevented at the coil part of the coil spring 4, so that frictional force required for locking can be applied to a movable core 3, and play is eliminated. Fastening force is not applied to the coil spring 4, so that operational force required to release locking and rotate the movable core 3 in a direction of winding back the coil spring, and operability is improved. |
