PURPOSE:To provide an ink composition which has a low viscosity, can be dried in a shorter time and can give printings of a high printing quality by incorporating at least a polyhydric alcohol solvent, a water-soluble dye and two nonionic acetylene glycol surfactants with different molecular weights respectively in specific amounts in the ink composition. CONSTITUTION:The ink composition comprises at least 1-35wt.% polyhydric alcohol solvent, 1-5wt.% water-soluble dye, 0.01-0.6wt.% nonionic acetylene glycol surfactant with a molecular weight of 500 or less, and 0.5-5wt.% nonionic acetylene glycol surfactant with a molecular weight of 500 or more. |
