PURPOSE:To mount a grill in a mounting frame even if positional relationship between the grill and the frame is slightly deviated by providing a fixing fitting at one of the frame and the grill and a fixture having a plurality of stoppers to be clamped at the fitting at the other. CONSTITUTION:A mounting frame 2 mounted in an opening 4 formed on a wall or an inner wall 3 of a hanging ceiling, etc., a grill 5 mounted in the frame 2, the edge 6 of the grill 5 in contact with the peripheral edge 7 of the opening 4, fixing fittings 9 mounted at both ends of the frame 2, and a fixture 10 mounted at the grill 5 and clamped at the fittings 9 are provided. Accordingly, the grill 5 is clamped at a plurality of stages of positions at the frame 2. Thus, even if a thick wall sheet is adhered to the wall 3 or the frame 2 is mounted at a deeper side from a standard so that the positional relationship between the grill 5 and the frame 2 is slightly deviated, the grill 5 can be mounted in the frame 2. |
