PURPOSE:To let the cut face of TOFU (bean curd) upward and to produce a packed TOFU having high commercial value in high yield by working a rising and falling plate and an inversion plate by a specific method. CONSTITUTION:When TOFU is sent, a horizontal first plate part 23 and a horizontal third plate part 40 are stood upright, simultaneously a vertical second plate part 24 and a vertical fourth plate part 41 are made horizontal, TOFU 4 is laterally inverted by 90 deg., made into a state of placed on the second plate part 23 and the cut surface of TOFU upward. With the operation, widened intervals between mutual first and second rising and falling plates 29 and 31 and those between mutual second and fourth rising and falling plates 30 and 33 displace a second rising and falling beam 20 against a first rising and falling beam 13, simultaneously displace the fourth rising and falling plate 33 against the second rising and falling plate 31 and are returned to the original position. Then, TOFU in an attitude of cut face set upward is sent from a laterally turning device and transported through a chute to packs. |
