<p>PURPOSE:To make a particulate product with high quality and to suppress occurrence of odor by using an apparatus wherein a ground foamed styrol is fed into a space between a fixed plate and a rotating plate faced each other and supported and the ground product is stirred and compressed by means of a fixed blade and a rotating blade projected inside of the plates and it is taken out of a gap part on the peripheral edge part as a granulated regenerated raw material. CONSTITUTION:Ground foamed styrol is fed into a gap between a fixed plate 7 and a rotating plate 8 by means of a lateral screw conveyer 5b supported in a feeding cylinder 4b. The ground foamed styrol fed into the space between the fixed plate 7 and the rotating plate 8 is stirred and compressed by means of a fixed blade B and a rotating blade A both projected inside of the above described plates 7 and 8 and it is discharged from a gap part of the peripheral edge part of the plates as a granulated treated material. In this case, a cooling liq. is circulated in a water cooling room 9c of the fixed plate 7 through a cooling liq. feeding path 9a and a cooling liq. discharging path 9d to cool the fixed plate. On the other hand, a cooling liq. is circulated in a water cooling room 9f of the rotating plate 8 through a cooling liq. feeding path 12 and a cooling liq. discharging path 13 inside of a conveyer shaft 5e to cool the rotating plate 8.</p> |
