PURPOSE:To obtain a postscript type optical disk corresponding to a CD or a CD-ROM excellent in stability and having good recording characteristics by adding one or more kind of a dye absorbing laser beam and one or more kind of a dicyano compound and/or an indolenin compound to a recording film. CONSTITUTION:An optical disk consists of a transparent substrate. a recording film and a reflecting layer, and the recording film contains one or more kind of a dye absorbing laser beam and one or more kind of a dicyano compound represented by formula [1] and/or an indolenin compound represented by formula [2]. In the formulae [1], [2], a ring A is a benzene ring, a naphthalene ring, a pyridine ring, a pyradine ring or a quinoxaline ring, a substituent X is an alkyl group, an aryl group, a heterocyclic residue, a halogen atom, a nitro group, a cyano group, a sulfonic acid group, -OR<1>, -SR<2>, -COOR<3>, -N=NR<15>, -N=CHR<16> and, herein, R<1>, R<2>, R<3>, R<15> and R<16> are a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an aryl group, an acyl group, a cycloalkyl group or a polyether group. |
