发明名称 CARGO HANDLING SYSTEM FOR LNG
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To get a cargo handling system for LNG which does not need so much expense for facility, and manhour and expense for maintenance and administration by constituting a system in which LNG branched from a delivery line is separated to gas and liquid after evaporative cooling, and then the separated gas is returned to a delivering ship tank and the separated liquid is returned to the delivery line. CONSTITUTION:LNG which has been branched from a delivery line 4 at a berth and arrived at the inside of a vaporizer 7 is vaporized by heat exchanging with the sea water suctioned by means of a sea water pump 8 and a sea water line 9. Then, the LNG branched at a cooling line 10 cools the gas delivered from the vaporizer 7 by being mixed with the gas in the mixer 11. The gas cooled in this way is sent to a gas-liquid separator 12 and is separated to gas and liquid there. The separated gas is returned to a delivering ship tank 2 through a return gas line 13 and prevents negative pressure of the ship tank 2. On the other hand, the separated liquid is returned to the delivery line 4 through a drain line 14. By this constitution, expense for facility and personnel can be reduced. Furthermore, it is possible to suppress amount of BOG to be generated in the ship tank 2.</p>
