PURPOSE:To make it unnecessary for an operator to execute operation at the time of completing work and to make it unnecessary to execute individual instruction by automatically deleting article data at the time of starting daily work and deciding the deletion of the article data based upon a data name and a deleting mark. CONSTITUTION:This article data deleting system is provided with a storage means 100 for storing a directory file 50 for storing data indicating the existence of necessity of article data storage and an article file 60, a directory reading means 20 for reading out the file 50, a deletion deciding means 30 for deciding the deletion of article data 62 in the file 60 based upon a read data name 52 and a deletion mark 53, an article recovery means 40 for accessing only article data not to be deleted and erasing article data to be deleted, and a processing starting means 10 for automatically starting article data deletion at the time of starting daily work. Consequently, it is unnecessary for the operator to execute article data deleting work at the time of completing the daily work and to individually specify the deletion. |
