PURPOSE:To accurately print a via hole electrode, and see that the smear of electrode paste is hard to occur by placing a ceramic green sheet on a stage, which has holes larger than via holes and suction holes. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic green sheet 4 is fixed onto a stage being sucked by air-suction through the suction holes 12b provided on a stage 7. On the other hand, holes 12a with diameters larger than the via holes 4a are arranged below the via holes 4a, and besides the bottoms of these holes 12a are stopped. Accordingly, even if the ceramic green sheet 4 is fixed onto the stage 7 by a suction means 13a, the suction force by the suction means 13a do not exert on the insides of the via holes 4a. Therefore, there is not fear of the electrode paste 6 being pulled to the rear side of a printing mask 5 by the suction force of the suction means 13c, so the smear on the printing mask 5 can be prevented. Hereby, the smear of the electrode paste can be prevented, and via hole electrode can be surely printed. |
