PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of fiber disorder, and enable an FRTP pressed molding to be obtained effectively by winding a heat resistive tape around the FRTP prepreg, or a preliminary molding, and mounting it on a simple mold for effecting press-molding thereto. CONSTITUTION:A prepreg tape or a prepreg sheet of fiber reinforced plastic (FRTP) employed with thermoplastic resin as a matrix is heated to a melt temperature or above of the thermoplastic resin, and then wound around a rod-shaped core material for forming a predetermined shape prepreg 1. A heat resistive tape 11 is wound thereon with tension, and then mounted on a simple mold 2 having a predetermined shape cavity together with the core material for effecting press molding thereto. |
