A laminated clean mat with an anti-separation function is provided to prevent a film from being rolled up together with wheels of a trolley or peeled off when a worker steps on the mat or the heavy trolley passes. In a laminated clean mat with an anti-separation function comprising an acryl bottom plate and a film laminate(20), the film laminate is composed of: one lower protection film(22) having two non-adhesive sides; one polyethylene lower film(24) provided with two adhesive sides and attached on the upside of the lower protection film; plural polyethylene laminated films(26) laminated on the lower film, wherein the upsides of the polyethylene laminated films are coated with adhesive material; and a polyethylene upper protection film(28) provided with two non-adhesive sides and laminated on the top of the laminated film. The lower film has embossed parts formed on the polyethylene film, protruded toward the upper surface and recessed toward a lower surface. The adhesive material is applied on the entire upper surface of the film laminate and only a portion of the lower surface. The adhesive material is applied in the shape of comb teeth at the inclination angle of 45degrees to the horizontal side of the film laminate. Accordingly, an air inflow space is formed between the upside of the acryl bottom plate and the film laminate in combining the acryl bottom plate with the film laminate.
