FLEXIBLE AUTOMATIC MODULE FOR APPLICATION OF COATING

The module applies to mechanical engineering, electronics etc. for the application of coatings on details weighing up to 1 ton and having different sizes. It can be re-adjusted for the form and type of the detail and is environmentally friendly. It consists of (situated in succession) a transporter (2) and a landing stage (3) over which is mounted a closed monorail transporter (4) with carriages (5). Next to the heating chamber (6) is previewed a second landing stage (7), next to which is located the tank for the application of coatings, sunken in the earth, over which is mounted a monorail hoist with a manipulator (8), under which there is an outfeed conveyer (10).<IMAGE>
