摘要 A coupling for attachment of a tool support (2) to a connection element (1) of an industrial robot. The coupling is actuated by a motor, which drives a shaft with a worm (10) for rotation of a worm wheel (11). The wheel is part of a rotary sleeve (12), which embraces and is connected to a ring (13) provided with bayonet teeth (14). After the lowering of the connection element (1) onto the tool support (2), the ring (13) is twisted, and its bayonet teeth (14) engage under counter-teeth (15) of a locking head (16) on the support. The connection element (1) has above the upper surface of the locking head (16) an approximation initiator (21), which informs a computer of the introduction of the locking head (16) into the ring (13). On turning of the ring (13), a bent signal lug (23) attached thereto arrives under further approximation initiators (22) and (22a), the signals of which are also passed to the computer. <IMAGE>
