PURPOSE:To switch a toner for developing device over to the state capable of supply without users trouble by interposing an end of a seal member between a supply roller and the port wall of a supply port so that the seal member is switched over from the closing state to the opening state by frictional force of the supply roller in the rotation of the supply roller. CONSTITUTION:A seal member 15 which blocks between the inside of a supply tank 12 and a toner supply port 13 is provided in the vicinity of the toner supply port 13. A toner T, thereby does not stick to a supply roller 14 and the toner T inside the supply tank 12 is prevented from leaking out to a developing tank 11. At this time, the seal member 15 is only interposed of its end between the supply roller 14 and the port wall 23 of the supply port 13. Consequently, the seal member 15 is drawn out with the rotation of the supply roller 14 by its frictional force to automatically release between the inside of the supply tank 12 and the toner supply port 13. With this constitution, the toner T can simply be switched over to the state capable of supply from the supply port 13. |
