PURPOSE: A system information transmission method in a mobile communication system and a device thereof are provided to transmit system information in a receivable transmission mode. CONSTITUTION: First system information including first antenna configuration information is configured. Second system information including the first antenna configuration information and second antenna configuration information is configured. The first and the second system information are transmitted. The first antenna configuration information includes the second antenna configuration information. The first system information is a system information for a normal terminal. The second system information is a system information for an MTC(Machine Type Communications) terminal.
