PURPOSE:To constitute the device so that document data generated once can be utilized as common data of plural documents by reading out plural document data registered in a storage means, and also, stored at every unit and synthesizing them as one document. CONSTITUTION:A main storage device 5 for a program is provided with a pre-processor program 9, a report data generation processing program 10, and a document data registration processing program 11. Also, in a temporary data storage device 13, unregistered document data 14, report data 15, and report data 16 with a format command are stored, and in a data main storage device 18, document data 19 of a unit of 'a schedule of January', 'an actual result of January', etc., is stored. In such a state, plural document data registered in the storage means 18, and also, stored therein are read out and synthesized as one document. In such a way, since a part of the document can be managed as a unit, a work for generating the same document is curtailed, and also, the consistency of the contents of a document can be held. |
