PURPOSE:To execute the batch management of common data in document preparation by reading plural document data registered in a storage means as one file, and also, stored at every unit and synthesizing them as one document. CONSTITUTION:The document preparing device is provided with a storage means 18 for storing plural document data 19 as one file, a registering means 2 for registering plural document data 19 at every prescribed unit in the storage means, and a synthesizing means 2 for reading out plural document data 19 registered in the storage means 18, and also, stored therein and synthesizing them as one document. In such a state, a prescribed symbol is inserted into a delimiter of plural document data 19, stored in one file, while discriminating plural document data 19, and also, by discriminating the prescribed symbol in one file, plural document data 19 are read out and synthesized and one document is generated. In such a way, document data used in common can be managed in one file at every prescribed document constitution unit. |
