IC engine controller with suppression of learning process - recognises complete closure of throttle from signals produced by various sensors and air intake flowmeter
摘要
The air intake flowmeter (4) and throttle flap position detector (11) are wired to a learning control unit (20) which receives additional signal from a coolant temp. sensor (6), brake and clutch switches (7, 9), a neutral setting detector (9) and a crankshaft position sensor (10). A stepwise learning process recognises the fully closed throttle position when the flowmeter (4) gives a signal below a predetermined value, which varies with engine speed. Erroneous learning is prevented within a range of speeds. USE/ADVANTAGE - Precision of learning is enhanced by suppression when the engine is known to be disconnected from the gearbox.
