The mill consists of grinding plates, the grinding surface of which has radially running profiles with cross-sections in triangular form and radii on the profile peak and valley. On the rear side of the grinding plate are radial all-round profiles (3) with the same or similar profile cross-section as on the grinding surface, the profile valley of whichlies below the crest of the profile peak (2) of the grinding surface. In the middle stage (4) on the grinding plate rear side where there is no radial all-round profile, there is a recess (5) to accommodate a retention screw, the guide groove of which is so formed that the screw is fitted in the direction of rotation to the central seat.
