PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of a photosensitive body by informing a person of the fact that if a photosensitive body unit is left in exposure to surrounding light. CONSTITUTION:When a photosensitive body unit is taken out from an electrophotographing device main body, an optical sensor 23 provided on the surface of the photosensitive body unit detects the surrounding light, thereby a timer 27 starts count. If the photosensitive body unit is left outside the electrophotographing device main body more than a fixed time in a lighted room, for example, and the count of the timer 27 is over a preset value, an alarm is raised by a buzzer 24. With this constitution, deterioration of the photosensitive body unit is prevented. |
