发明名称 PRODUCTION OF CALCINED POWDER FOR MULTICOMPONENT FERRITE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain calcined powder for multicomponent ferrite having uniform quality in high thermal efficiency by mixing iron oxide powder, manganese oxide (or carbonate) powder and zinc oxide powder, impregnating a hydrocarbon liquid fuel into the powdery mixture and roasting in a fluidized roasting furnace while supplying oxygen-enriched air to the furnace. CONSTITUTION:Iron oxide powder is mixed with manganese oxide powder or manganese carbonate powder and zinc oxide powder at specific ratios. The powdery mixture is impregnated with a hydrocarbon liquid fuel (e.g. kerosene), thoroughly mixed and granulated. The granules are charged into a fluidized roasting furnace and roasted under the supply of oxygen-enriched air to obtain calcined powder for the production of multicomponent ferrite. The hydrocarbon liquid fuel used in the first compounding process takes the role of a binder to enable the granulation of the composition to a prescribed size in kneading and the uniform roasting of the mixture.
