<p>PURPOSE:To assure sealability by consisting the above joint of an inside cylindrical member consisting of a bottom part and a cylindrical part, and an outside cylindrical member consisting of a cylindrical part having the bore approximately the same as the outside diameter of this cylindrical part and a bottom part and fitting the inside cylindrical member to the outside cylindrical member and brazing these members at the contact surfaces, thereby integrally coupling the members. CONSTITUTION:The inside cylindrical member 1 and the outside cylindrical member 2 are formed to the cylindrical shape having an aperture at one end and can, therefore, be easily produced by cutting, etc., Not only the end faces of the 1st cylindrical member 12 and the 2nd cylindrical member 22 but also the outer peripheral surface of the 1st part and the inner peripheral surface of the 2nd cylindrical are brazed and, therefore, the large joint area is assured without increasing the diameter of the eyeball part and the sealability equiv. to the sealability of the conventional eyeball joints is assured. Consequently, the man-hours for production of the eyeball part are decreased and the cost of production is reduced according to this eyeball joint.</p> |
