PURPOSE:To prevent the deviation and the breakage of a mounted component by providing a judging means which permits a sucking nozzle to judge the presence of the interference with the mounted component and a control means which controls a relative shift driving means so as to mount the component by mounting orders other than the mounting order when there is the interference. CONSTITUTION:A sucking nozzle 12 which sucked a component 4 is shifted from a sucking station I to an acknowledging station II, a turning correcting station III, a mounting station IV, an ejecting station V and a nozzle selecting station VI. When a nozzle 12 is stopped at the acknowledging station II, the subsequent nozzle 12 is stopped at the sucking station I and the component 4 is sucked. The thickness of the component is compared with that of the mounted component 4, and when the component is judged to touch the nozzle by interference discriminating function and that the component 4 has no polarity, the component 4 is mounted by turning at 180 deg.. When the sucking nozzle 12 does not touch the component 4 at a step 2 within a flat plane by the interference discriminating function, the nozzle 12 is turned at the angle at the turning correcting station III with the addition of the correcting angle and the component 4 is mounted. |
