PURPOSE:To reduce an installation space as the whole of a system and to inexpensively treat waste water by making the treatment of excessive sludge inexpensive by performing aeration treatment by utilizing pellets formed by acclimatizing cultured fungi in waste water. CONSTITUTION:Waste water is subjected to aeration treatment in the first and second fungal aeration tanks 3, 5 in the presence of pellets formed by acclimatizing cultured fungi (e.g. fungi of the genus Mucor) in waste water. In a sterilizing tank 6 as a post treatment process, NaClO is injected to disinfect waste water treated in the fungal aeration tanks to be subjected to solid liquid separation. Further, the excessive sludge generated in the fungal aeration tanks is taken out to be stored in a sludge storage tank 4 and fermented in a digestion tank to be reduced in wt. or conc. and dehydrated to be fed out and used in landfill or subjected to incineration treatment. As a result, an installation space can be reduced as the whole of the system and excessive sludge can inexpensively be treated and the treatment of waste water can inexpensively be performed.
|
